OHZUI Official – Prohibited Actions & Restricted Items

This guideline explains prohibited actions, items that cannot be listed, and listing rules for sellers on OhZui, the marketplace for the Vietnamese community in Japan.

If a violation is detected, OhZui may remove listings, restrict features, or suspend/terminate the account.

Please review carefully before listing any product.

1. General Notes

OhZui Support cannot evaluate individual items for approval.
Sellers must review this document and determine legality on their own responsibility.
All products must comply with:
- Japanese law
- OhZui platform policies
- Safety standards (PSE, labeling, expiration dates, quarantine rules)

2. Prohibited Actions

2.1 Listing items without physical stock (Drop-shipping prohibited)

Including but not limited to:

Items shipped directly from manufacturers or other websites
Purchasing items only after receiving an order
Pre-order listings without actual stock
Using online images for items the seller does not own

2.2 Listing unclear or incomplete product information

“Lucky bags” without detailed content
Random items without explanation
Blurry or misleading images
Using images not representing the actual product

2.3 Using payment methods outside OhZui (STRICTLY FORBIDDEN)

Asking for bank transfers
Asking buyers to use personal QR codes (PayPay, LinePay, etc.)
Directing buyers to external payment channels
Conducting transactions outside OhZui

All transactions must use OhZui-approved payment methods only.

2.4 Fraudulent activities & system manipulation

Creating multiple accounts
Providing false information
Fake transactions for rating manipulation
Sending items different from the description

2.5 Actions violating Japanese law or harming users

Harassment, discrimination, offensive language
Misleading claims or false advertising
Shipping prohibited/dangerous goods
Uploading copyrighted or inappropriate content

3. Prohibited Items

3.1 Financial products & vouchers

QUO cards, gift cards
Prepaid cards, coupon codes
Shareholder benefit vouchers
Cash, foreign currency
Credit/debit/bank cards

3.2 Counterfeit, replica, or copyright-infringing items

Fake branded products
Pirated CDs/DVDs
Invalid license keys
Unauthorized character goods (Disney, Sanrio, anime, etc.)

3.3 Tickets prohibited from resale

Concert tickets resold for profit
Tickets with personal names
Tickets restricted by organizers

3.4 Tobacco-related products

Cigarettes, cigars, shisha
Nicotine liquids
Unlicensed vape devices

3.5 Pharmaceuticals and medical devices

Prescription medicine
Non-approved OTC drugs
Unverified supplements
Medical testing kits or devices not approved in Japan

3.6 Adult products & content (18+)

Adult toys
Pornographic books, images, videos
Any content involving minors (strictly prohibited)

3.7 Items banned under Japanese law

Narcotics, stimulants, psychoactive drugs
Guns, knives, weapons, ammunition
Explosives, dangerous chemicals
Toxic substances, radioactive materials
Wild animals, ivory, endangered species products
Raw meat, seafood, eggs
Fresh fruits, plants, seeds (restricted by quarantine)
Homemade alcohol or unregulated food

4. Listing Rules

4.1 Power banks

Clear PSE certification image is required
Listings without proper PSE will be removed

4.2 Used Car Navigation (Car Navi) devices

Serial number must be included
Stolen or suspicious items may result in account suspension

4.3 Electronics

Must include voltage, condition, accessories
Actual photos required
PSE compliance required where applicable

4.4 Food items

Expiration date and labeling information required
Homemade or unapproved foods prohibited
Certain frozen or fresh foods not allowed

4.5 Cosmetics

Full ingredient list and origin required
Domestic items must be sealed
Imported items must include packaging and safety information
