- General Notes
OhZui support cannot respond individually regarding whether a specific product is prohibited.
Sellers should refer to the guidance and evaluate themselves before listing products. - Prohibited Behaviors
2.1 Listing products that are not in stock
Including but not limited to:
- Products shipped directly from the manufacturer (drop-shipping is not allowed)
- Products only ordered after a buyer is found
- Products that require pre-order
2.2 Listing products without clearly stating contents
For example: “Lucky Bag (fukubukuro)” without clearly describing the contents inside
2.3 Using payment methods outside the OhZui system
OhZui strictly prohibits:
- Requesting separate bank transfers
- Requesting payment via personal QR codes
- Arranging payment outside the system
All transactions must use the payment methods provided by OhZui to ensure safety.
Other prohibited behaviors are specified in the “Prohibited Behaviors for Sellers” section of OhZui’s detailed guidance.
- Items Prohibited from Listing
The following items are not allowed to be listed:
- Quo cards, shareholder discount coupons, gift cards, stamps, financial documents
- Cash, credit cards, and other payment-value cards
(For details, refer to the section “Selling Gift Cards and Related Documents”) - Counterfeit goods, pirated items, illegally copied CDs/DVDs, copyright-infringing products
- Event tickets suspected of being resold
- Tobacco
- Pharmaceuticals (prescription or non-prescription drugs)
- Adult products, pornographic content
- Other prohibited items listed in the “Prohibited Goods” section of the detailed guidance

Sellers must comply with the following mandatory requirements:
4.1 Portable chargers
Images must clearly display the PSE certification mark.
4.2 Used car navigation devices
The product’s serial number must be stated in the description.
