This article explains the available shipping methods on OhZui and how shipping fees are calculated when listing items for sale.
General Notes
- Direct transactions between users are not permitted on OhZui.
- Items that do not require physical shipping, such as serial codes or digital data, cannot be listed.
- Please refer to the List of Prohibited Items for details.
Available Shipping Methods
On OhZui, sellers can choose one of the following shipping methods:
- Transport (Yamato Transport)
- Sagawa (Sagawa Express)
- Omakase Delivery
No other shipping methods are available.
Anonymous Shipping
- Personal information of both sellers and buyers is not disclosed.
- Shipping labels display encrypted address information only.
Choosing a Shipping Method by Item Size
- OhZui offers multiple shipping options depending on the size of the item.
- When listing an item, sellers only need to select a shipping method.
- After purchase, the selected shipping method can be confirmed on the transaction screen.
- Items exceeding the maximum size limit cannot be listed.
Note: Certain shipping services such as Cash on Delivery, Fourth-Class Mail, Click Post, and Cool TA-Q-BIN are not supported on OhZui.
Shipping Fees
- All shipping fees are borne by the seller and must be included in the listed price.
- Shipping fees for Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express are calculated at a nationwide flat rate, based on the shipping method and the actual package size.
- If the carrier changes the shipping method or determines a different actual size, the shipping fee will be recalculated based on the measured size.
- Shipping fees are finalized when the buyer completes the receipt confirmation, or approximately 15 days after purchase
(29 days for automatic delivery). - If the selling price minus the platform fee is lower than the shipping fee, the difference will be credited to the OhZui Wallet.
Shipping Procedure
- After an item is purchased, select the shipping method based on item size on the transaction screen.
- Select the shipping code (tracking number) on the transaction screen.
- Ship the item from convenience stores, carrier offices, post offices, PUDO stations, mailboxes,
or use the pickup service (home pickup).
For Sagawa Express, only the pickup service is available.
When Sagawa is selected and a pickup time is specified, the driver will visit the registered address to collect the package.
Note: The final shipping fee is determined based on the actual size and weight measured by the carrier.
Even if mailbox delivery is possible, the shipping method may change depending on the actual size and weight.
