If you have received a buyer’s rating (feedback) but your sales revenue on OhZui has not increased, below are the most common reasons and how to check them.
1. Your revenue is still being processed or temporarily delayed
Normally, after a buyer leaves a rating, your sales revenue will be reflected in the Revenue section within 15 minutes to 4 hours.
However, if the shipping fee has not yet been confirmed, the system may need until the next day to update the revenue.
You will still receive an email notification once the transaction is confirmed, but the revenue may appear later than expected.
In addition, if you have enabled Automatic Top-Up to PayPay, the revenue will not be displayed in OhZui’s Sales Revenue section and will be transferred directly to your PayPay account.
Revenue update timing in specific cases

2. Automatic PayPay Top-Up is enabled
When Automatic Top-Up to PayPay is turned on:
- The revenue will not appear in OhZui’s Sales Revenue.
- The amount is transferred directly to PayPay as soon as the buyer leaves a rating.
- You can check the received amount in PayPay Transaction History under:
“Top-up from OhZui”
3. You may be checking the wrong section: “Sales History”
The Sales History section only shows transactions based on the month of purchase.
For example, if the buyer confirms the transaction in the following month, it will not appear in the current month’s list.
To check your actual revenue, please go to:
Sales Revenue Management → Check Revenue & Transfer Status
4. Actual sales revenue is 0 yen
If:
Selling price – Commission – Shipping fee < 0
→ Your revenue will be 0 yen, as the shipping cost exceeds the selling price.
You can check the details at:
My Page → Sales History → Sales Amount
5. Your account is temporarily suspended
If your account is suspended:
- Even if the buyer has left a rating, the system cannot complete the transaction immediately.
- Your revenue will be automatically recorded on:
- The 15th day after the purchase date, or
- The 29th day (for automatic delivery orders)
If the buyer requests support or an extension of payment, the revenue may be delayed until the 29th or later.
