This page outlines the applicable fees when using the OhZui platform.
1. Account Registration
- Account registration and app installation are free of charge.
- No initial or membership fees are required.
2. Purchase Fees
When purchasing products on OhZui or OhZui Shops, payment processing fees may apply depending on the selected payment method.
2.1 Payment Methods with No Processing Fee
The following payment methods do not incur any processing fees:
- Credit Card
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- PayPay
- Convenience Store Payment (if applicable under free policy)
- Bank Transfer (eligible banks only)
2.2 Payment Methods with Processing Fees
(1) Convenience Store Payment
The payment processing fee varies according to the total payment amount:

| Up to ¥5,000 | ¥100 |
| ¥5,001 – ¥10,000 | ¥200 |
| ¥10,001 – ¥20,000 | ¥300 |
| ¥20,001 – ¥30,000 | ¥500 |
| ¥30,001 – ¥40,000 | ¥700 |
| ¥40,001 and above | ¥880 |
(2) Bank Transfer
- Transfers made via SMBC (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) are free of charge.
- For other banks, transfer fees are determined by each financial institution.
Please note: These bank transfer fees are charged by the respective bank, not by OhZui.
2.3 Use of Balance or Points
If sales balance or reward points are used, the processing fee will be calculated based on the remaining payment amount after deductions.
Example:
Product price: ¥5,100
500 points used
Remaining payment amount: ¥4,600
→ Processing fee: ¥100

3. Selling Fees
- Listing items on OhZui is free of charge.
- When a transaction is successfully completed, a 8.6% service fee will be deducted from the selling price.
The selling fee is automatically deducted upon transaction completion and is displayed on the listing screen for transparency.
4. Withdrawal Fee
To withdraw sales proceeds to a bank account, the following fee applies:
- Flat rate: ¥220 per transaction
The withdrawal fee will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
