OhZui provides a “Leave Account / Terminate Service” function in the Settings menu.
Note: Deleting the app does NOT mean you have stopped using the service.
To permanently stop using OhZui, please follow the instructions below.
1. How to leave (close) your OhZui account
Please follow the steps in the app:
- Open the app → go to Settings
- Select Leave Account / Terminate Service
- Choose your reason for leaving
- Confirm and submit
After submission, the system will receive and process your request.
2. Conditions for leaving your account
Your request will be accepted only when all conditions below are satisfied:
✔ No ongoing transactions
You cannot leave the account if you are buying or selling an active order.
✔ All activities in your account are completed
- Remove all listed products
- Complete all payments or withdrawals
- Resolve any disputes or messages related to transactions
✔ No pending withdrawal request
If you requested a withdrawal, you must wait until the transfer completes.
3. What happens after leaving the account
- Your account will be closed and all OhZui functions will be unavailable.
- Some information (e.g., transaction history) may be retained as required by law.
- In limited cases, the account may be restored by logging in with the same email.
4. Important cases to check before leaving your account
1) If you still have products listed for sale
Buyers may still purchase them, causing issues.
→ Please set all products to “Hidden / Stop Displaying”.
2) If you still have ongoing transactions
To avoid disputes:
- Sellers → complete shipping
- Buyers → confirm receipt & leave rating
Only leave your account after all transactions are finished.
3) If you want to delete your account and all OhZui data
This includes:
- Ratings
- Registered addresses & personal information
- Transaction history
→ You must delete the login account used for OhZui (email / phone).
After deletion, data cannot be recovered.
Warning
If the login account is also used for other services:
→ You may lose access to those services as well.
5. Support when leaving or deleting your account
Please contact support if you:
- Are unsure which data will be deleted
- Don’t know how to handle listed products
- Have ongoing transactions
- Prefer temporary suspension instead of permanent deletion
→ Contact us via the Support Form in the app or on the OhZui website.
The OhZui support team will advise the safest and most appropriate solution.
