Shipping Methods & Shipping Fees – OhZui

All products sold on OhZui support nationwide delivery across Japan at a fixed shipping fee, along with an anonymous delivery option to ensure privacy and safety for both buyers and sellers.

Some types of packaging may carry the logo or branding of the shipping carrier.

Common Shipping Methods

OhZui cooperates with major shipping carriers in Japan such as Yamato Transport and Sagawa.
Sellers can choose the most suitable shipping method when creating an order.

Yamato Transport – Easy Shipping (EAZY)

Nekopos – Thin Items (≤ 3 cm)

  • Maximum size: A4, total of three sides ≤ 60 cm
  • Thickness: ≤ 3 cm
  • Weight: ≤ 1 kg
  • Fee: 350 yen
  • Drop-off locations: Yamato offices, Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, parcel lockers, PUDO, etc.

Takkyubin Compact (EAZY) – Dedicated Slim Box

  • Thickness: ≤ 5 cm
  • No weight limit
  • Fee: 590 yen
  • Dedicated box available from 70 yen

Takkyubin (EAZY) – Large Items

  • Total of three sides: 60–200 cm
  • Weight: ≤ 30 kg
  • Fee: from 750 yen to 2,500 yen (depending on size)
  • Supports drop-off at convenience stores, parcel lockers, PUDO, etc.

2. Sagawa

Standard Items

  • Total of three sides: 60–260 cm
  • Weight: ≤ 25 kg
  • Fee: 750–6,000 yen

Sagawa – Large Size

(For bulky items – app-only service)

Delivery staff will pick up the item directly from your home, making it ideal for furniture, home appliances, or heavy items.

  • Total of three sides: ≤ 450 cm
  • Weight: ≤ 150 kg
  • Fee: from 1,700 yen to 33,000 yen, depending on size

Important Notes

  • Dedicated packaging can be purchased at post offices, Lawson, FamilyMart, or Yamato service centers.
  • Some services are only available when using the OhZui app.
  • Shipping fees may change according to the carrier’s latest regulations.
